Working as a UX researcher, I focus on using data-driven results to influence and inspire user-centered design. I conduct one-on-one interviews to gauge users' needs and motivation. Collaborate with the UX team to create personas, user journeys, story maps, and user flows.
Realtor - Real Estate Agent
As a Realtor, I worked with various customers ensuring their needs were met. Communication was always a top priority. It took commitment and ongoing research to understand the dynamics of the competitive DFW marketplace in order to satisfy the demands of buyers and sellers.
Nordstrom - Sales Associate
I worked in Men's Furnishings as a sales associate. In my first year I earned the PaceSetter award for being the number one salesperson in my department. I was committed to understanding the customers' perspective and meeting their needs.
