About Me

I’m Crystal Maxwell, a UX Researcher who is passionate about research to create simple yet innovative experiences. My favorite aspect is utilizing data-driven results to turn complex processes and user journeys into simple, easy-to-use procedures.

 

Helping people has always been at the heart of what I do! From working in customer service, to finding people homes, and being a mom, my focus has always been to show compassion, empathy, and understanding for my clients' needs.

 

I found the field of UX a couple of years ago while helping a relative with UX research. From that moment on, I was hooked. I believe good design should be effortless for users, and I put the work in to make that happen through evidence-based design. 

 

When I’m not at my computer, you can usually find me at the lake with my family, enjoying a good movie or grabbing a coffee at the local coffee shop.
